New Bitrix24 Workflow Builder: See Your Entire Process in One Place

Managing a complex business process shouldn’t mean jumping from window to window just to see what happens next. The redesigned workflow builder in Bitrix24 lets you manage your workflow in one window, connecting tasks, approvals, CRM updates, and notifications.

Get a clearer picture of how work moves

Most business processes touch more than one team. A sales deal closes, legal reviews the contract, and operations sets up the onboarding. Instead of passing manual updates, you can now connect workflows across multiple departments.

Change a deal status in the CRM, and the next task triggers automatically. To keep long workflows clean, related actions can be grouped into single blocks. You can even let AI handle everyday employee requests, like recognizing a message about time off and starting the vacation request process.

Shorter approval cycles with parallel branching

Contracts and approvals no longer need to sit in a queue. With parallel branching, you can send requests to multiple reviewers at once, so legal and management can review a document at the same time without waiting on each other.

Make changes without interrupting ongoing work

Need to adjust a live process? Edit without disrupting active operations. Your changes save automatically as a private draft and only apply to new runs once published, while active workflows continue uninterrupted.

From HR requests and sales approvals to marketing reviews and support follow-ups, teams get faster sign-offs, smoother task handoffs, and complete visibility at every step.
