Time2Transfer

The "Time2Transfer" app lets Bitrix24 administrators move time tracking entries fr om one task to another safely and in a few clicks.

It is designed for teams that track working time in Bitrix24 tasks and occasionally find hours logged against the wrong task. Bitrix24 does not provide a built-in way to move an existing time tracking entry: users would otherwise have to delete it and create it again manually, losing the original creation date and spending time on routine corrections.

With Time2Transfer, you sel ect a source workgroup and task, choose a target workgroup and task, optionally filter entries by date range or employee, select the required entries, and confirm the move.

For each selected entry, the app creates a copy in the target task with the same employee, duration, comment, and creation date, then deletes the original entry. Bitrix24 automatically recalculates the time counters for both tasks.

How it works:

1. Install the app on your Bitrix24 account.
   
2. Open Time2Transfer as a portal administrator.
   
3. Sel ect the source workgroup and task.
   
4. Select the target workgroup and task.
   
5. Optionally set a date range or employee filter.
   
6. Select the entries to move and click "Move".
   
7. Confirm the operation.
   
8. Review the result for each entry.
   

Data storage and privacy:

Time2Transfer works with task time tracking data fr om your Bitrix24 account. Task IDs, workgroups, time tracking entries, employee details, durations, comments, and creation dates are processed through the Bitrix24 REST API using OAuth 2.0.

User logins and passwords are never requested. WAM IT servers are used only to process the transfer operation, manage technical app licensing, and register installation.
