The invoice processing application in Bitrix24 allows automating routine processes related to registration, processing, and cost allocation. Thanks to modern technologies such as neural networks and OCR, working with documents becomes simpler, faster, and more efficient.

Invoice Field Recognition System (OCR)

A neural network has been developed to automate document processing. It recognizes invoice fields, reads the information, and automatically transfers it to the corresponding fields in the Bitrix24 application. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, minimizes errors, and allows for convenient segmentation and filtering of documents for further work.

Cost Allocation by Cost Centers

The application allows dividing the invoice amount into parts and assigning each part to a specific cost center, expense type, deal, or project.

Cost Center: A unique entity associated with specific expenses. For example, these could be departments (marketing, development, etc.) or company activities (software development, employee recruitment, license sales).

Expense Types: General expense categories such as server rental, promotion costs, and others.
