This completely free application integrates Bitrix24 with the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS) database, enabling users to search for company records, compare them with existing Bitrix24 data, and easily update company information. It supports manual searches from the main app panel, automatic matching from the company card, and includes a custom workflow activity for use across Bitrix24 CRM automation.

Installation instructions

1. Installation:

Go to the Bitrix24 Marketplace and search for the application by name.
Click "Install", then grant the requested permissions.
Once installed, the app will be available in the left-hand menu and inside company records.

2. Initial Configuration:

Open the app from the left menu.
In the Settings tab:
- Set search behavior (e.g. address formatting).
- Map GUS fields to your Bitrix24 company fields.

3. Using the Main Panel:

Open the app.
Enter a company name or NIP (tax ID) to search in the Search tab.
If a match is found:
- View detailed data.
- Check if the company exists in Bitrix24 - or sel ect auto-check in Settings tab.
- Click "Update Bitrix Company" to sync data.

4. Using fr om a Company Card:

Navigate to any company in Bitrix24.
Open the GUS Integration tab (added by the app).
The app will automatically search GUS based on the company Tax number/Register number.
View matched data and click "Update" to overwrite fields.

5. Workflow Activity:

In your CRM workflow, add a new activity.
Search for the installed activity called 'Update by NIP'.
The activity works based on the provided Bitrix company ID.
In response you'll receive JSON object with 'status' and 'message' describing the result.
