Integration with Redsys allows customers to pay for their purchases in a convenient way and does not require any extra effort from you. Install the app, connect Redsys to your Bitrix24 in one step, and start selling.

How to work with the app

  1. Install the app in your Bitrix24.
  2. Open the app page and fill out your Redsys account info.
  3. Click Save, and the payment system will get automatically connected to CRM and all the online stores associated with this Bitrix24 account.

The app is free for the trial period of 14 days. After the trial period, €120 a year.

Now it is possible to pay invoices in CRM via the Redsys payment system.

App for connecting the Redsys payment system to the online store in Bitrix24

We perform support in Open lines chat. You can reach us via:

  1. The chat right in your Bitrix24 (the link opens a chatbox in your Bitrix24).
  2. The chat at our site informunity.us (the icon in the right bottom corner opens a chatbox). After the start of the dialog enter your email so that you could receive a notification about our reply and the communication history even after you close tab with the chat in your browser.

The first way is the most convenient one: you will always find our reply and the communication history in your Bitrix24 messenger. But for the link to work in Bitrix24 On-premise, you must have all necessary modules installed and the portal must have Internet connection. If the first option does not work for one reason or another, please proceed with the second one.

To use the app, you need an account in Redsys.

Install the app in your Bitrix24 and connect it to your account in the Redsys payment system.

By default, Bitrix24 numbers orders starting from 1 (1, 2, 3, etc.), while Redsys requires that both order and invoice numbers contain at least four digits, starting from 1 (1000, 1001, 1002, etc.). Also, please kindly note that for Redsys to process the payment, the order number in Online Store must differ from the invoice number in CRM.

Thus, if you are launching the store and there are less than a thousand orders, for integration with Redsys to work correctly, you need to set the appropriate order numbering in the Online Store:

  1. In the main menu, select Online Store → More → Settings → Online Store Parameters.
  2. In the Order numbering template section, select Enable order numbering and enter 1000 in the Start sequential numbering with field.
  3. Apply settings.

Then you need to configure invoice numbering in CRM:

  1. In the main menu, select CRM → Settings → Auto numbering template → For Invoices.
  2. In the Order numbering template section, select Enable order numbering, enter 1001 in the field Start sequential numbering with, and 2 in the field Increment sequential numbers by.
  3. Apply settings.
