Description
Integrate the Acuity Scheduling software with your Bitrix24 account to sync your calendar with your CRM in just a few clicks to avoid any confusion while setting up a meeting. This scheduler allows you not just to organize your upcoming meetings but also enables you to maintain a history of all the past meetings. Enhance your planner using the features below.
- Acuity Appointments
Schedule Acuity appointments with Leads, Contacts & Deals of Bitrix24 CRM using the Acuity Scheduling option from the panel on top. Sel ect the event for which the appointment is to be scheduled, and the preferred date and time. Enter the details required and schedule the appointment to receive the booking confirmation.
- Acuity Event History
Within the Acuity Scheduling interface of any contact, sel ect 'Events History'. You can now view the history of the upcoming and past meetings along with the particular contact. Select any event to access the details of the event. You can also cancel or reschedule any upcoming event.
- Acuity Booking Links
Within the Acuity Scheduling interface, select 'Event Links' to access the booking link of any event. Select any particular event to obtain the booking link of a specific event.
- Acuity Schedular Dashboard
Fr om the menu on the left, click on 'Acuity Scheduling Integration for Bitrix24'. This way you can access all the features of the application fr om anywhere within Bitrix24 CRM.
1. Schedule Appointments with any contact at any time for your preferred date and time.
2. Access the complete Events History for all contacts. Search for the events of a particular contact using the email id of the contact. Sel ect any particular event to view the history of appointments using the selected event.
3. Obtain the Event Links for all or a specific Acuity Scheduling event.
- Booking details
Access the details of the appointments scheduled within the respective Lead, Contact or Deal as a Comment.
- Incoming Acuity Events
Sync the appointments scheduled using your Acuity booking links into Bitrix24 CRM. You can select the module into which new customers are to be created for meetings booked by non-existing customers and enable the events fr om which the incoming meeting events are to be synced.
- Acuity User Management
Enable other Bitrix24 CRM users to utilize your authorized Acuity Scheduling account. You can add and remove users based on your requirements.
